Statistical Process Control (SPC) can also be employed at the customer's request for volume production runs. To ensure complete quality, all parts in a production run must pass through a rigorous, documented system of inspection before being shipped to you. Inspection criteria are based on the MIL-STD 105E standard as well as considerations for tolerance, material, and previous history.
Product, material, and process traceability are maintained internally for all parts. All measuring and test equipment are maintained and certified at regular intervals. The maintenance and calibration for all M&TE follows the MIL-STD-45662A standard. Traceability to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is maintained for all inspection equipment.
