Precision Manufacturing quality is maintained using Statistical Process Control for volume production runs upon request, this allows us to ensure we deliver on our promises. Further quality control mechanisms are employed such as the MIL-STD 105E standard of inspection. For more information view our main precision manufacturing quality page.
Material, Product, & Process traceability are maintained internally for every production run. Certification of our testing and measuring equipment is preformed on a rigid interval schedule thereby increasing our quality output model. Of course maintenance & calibration for M&TE follows the MIL-STD-45662A regime standard. As well the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) traceability is maintained at a rigorous basis for all inspection equipment.
